“We were very pleased with our stay at Greyson’s Hideout in East Rochester!”

“We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)”

“Sleeps 12? Only 3 coffee cups? Coffee makers are nasty and no filters! Not quiet. Directly across the street from a convenience store, headlights all night. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn.”

“The first room they gave us has the mattress up against the wall, a ladder against the wall and drywall from repairs they were making all over the place it seller like someone had been urinating in the toilet for days without flushing. The second room they gave us had yellow stains all over the sheets and smelled terrible. We left without staying there. It was so filthy. People sleeping in their cars out back.”

“Always my go to hotel when in the area. Helpful staff, 24/7 coffee in the lobby, free breakfast, nice pool and had no problem getting late checkout! As always, will be back! 😊”
